1.0 Ordering
1.1 Age Restriction - by placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we are unsure of this.
1.2 Order Confirmation - you are deemed to have placed an order with us only when payment has been accepted by us. We will send you an order acknowledgement to confirm your order and acceptance of valid payment.
1.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
a, where goods are not available;
b, where we can not obtain authorisation of your payment;
c, where there is insufficient identification provided;
d, if there has been a pricing or product description error.
2.0 Delivery
2.1 Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the package when it arrives. If out when the package is delivered our couriers will leave their contact details. It will then be your responsibility to re-arrange delivery, or to collect the package from there depot.
2.2 You can select to leave the package in a safe place such as a neighbours house, coal shed etc. Please note - Cranborne Chase Cider can not guarantee delivery unless the parcel is signed on delivery by someone living at the stated address and whom is over the age of 18.
2.3 Our UK delivery is within 7 working days by courier from orders being placed.
2.4 Cranborne Chase Cider accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond their control.
3.0 Click & Collect
3.1 Please place your order online.
3.2 Select Click & Collect option at checkout.
3.3 Please visit the shop during daylight hours or contact us on 07745 802225 to arrange a specific collection time slot.
3.4 Our postcode is DT11 8DH. Location: Minchington, Dorset. We're just off the A354.
4.0 Pricing
4.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices include V.A.T. at the current rate.
5.0 Returns
5.1 We will provide a full refund or replacement for any ciders, or merchandise damaged in transit subject to confirmation of damage.
5.2 Where a product is deemed faulty we will offer a full refund or replacement at the earliest convenience. We may require faulty products to be returned us.
6.0 Complaints
6.1 In the event of a complaint please contact us - email cranbornechasecider@gmail.com, giving as much detail as possible. All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days and you should expect full resolution within 4 working days.
